It’s a breakfast dedicated to well-being and good spirits with artisan biscuits, lavender muffins, exquisite homemade cakes, and freshly baked croissants.

Browse through the display cases of our mini shop: you’ll find all your favorite jams, lavender honey, and, naturally, organic extra virgin olive oil and our precious lavender essential oil, perfect for your home or as a refined gift. From today, you’ll also find our balsamic vinegar, artisan lavender beer, and flavored olive oil in four delicate fragrances: lemon, rosemary, chili pepper, and lavender.

During your stay, you’ll also have the opportunity to pick seasonal fruit and vegetables from our organic garden and orchard and cook them as you prefer. Also at your disposal is the new “Essenze d’Etruria” line of organic eco-friendly body products based on lavender and olive oil.
