What will you experience this weekend?
- Overnight Stay and Country-Style Breakfast
- Guided walk through the olive grove to explore our centuries-old organic plantation, featuring Canino DOP olives
- Demonstration of modern harvesting with machinery, to learn about today's techniques
- Join in the harvest! With a rake and a crate in hand, you'll experience the thrill of a traditional harvest
- Tasting of freshly pressed organic extra virgin olive oil and local products
- Guided tour of the painted Etruscan tomb from the 4th century B.C., after which our “Caea” extra virgin olive oil is named
- Handmade Olive Oil Soap Workshop: Make a little souvenir with your own hands to take home!
- FREE 0.50-liter can of organic oil
- Creative Activity Option: Fall Watercolor Painting (for a fee)
- Wellness treatments are available at our spa in the olive grove (for a fee)

11:00-12:30:
- Guided walk through the olive grove and tour of the painted Etruscan tomb from the 4th century B.C.
- Demonstration of modern machine harvesting.
- A traditional hand-harvesting experience.
- Explanation of the olive oil production process.
12:30-13:30:
- Tasting of our organic extra virgin olive oil (plain and 4 aromatic varieties) and local products, water, and coffee (drinks not included)
16:00-17:30:
- Handmade Olive Oil Soap Workshop
