A journey dedicated to your physical and mental well-being divided into 4 independent cabins: sauna cabin, hammam and emotional shower, whirlpool cabin, treatment cabin, and relaxation area. Each station has been designed to guarantee you an exclusive moment of care and reconnection in contact with nature.
The duration of the complete journey is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Useful for promoting the elimination of toxins, the sauna activates the skin’s cellular metabolism, stimulates the release of endorphins necessary to alleviate anxiety symptoms, promotes muscle recovery by contributing to the reabsorption of lactic acid, and strengthens the immune system.
Available programs: Biosauna (50°C), Roman Sauna (70°C), Finnish Sauna (90°C).
Thanks to the dilation of pores due to the action of steam, the hammam is useful for purifying the skin and alleviating skin symptoms, but it is also known for clearing the airways and countering water retention by eliminating excess fluids and toxins.
Available programs: Tepidarium (medium steam saturation, 38°C), Hammam (high steam saturation, 42°C), Calidarium (steam saturation near 100%, 46°C).
Located within the same environment as the hammam, the emotional shower with chromotherapy offers a wide range of jets such as the blade waterfall or misting nozzles, useful for stimulating microcirculation and regulating blood pressure.
Immerse yourself in complete relaxation with our 36°C Jacuzzi whirlpool pool. Equipped with 5 seats and a chaise longue, it offers three levels of deep relief to enjoy all the benefits of hydrotherapy.
