Upon confirmation of your purchase we ask for full payment in advance by credit card or bank transfer. We send the voucher as soon as the transfer has been done, not before.

In order to issue the Voucher, we need both names and contact mobile phone of the 2 people who will come to the treehouse, together with the details of who is offering the gift.

To personalize the Gift Voucher, it is possible to write a short message on it: you can send us the text or you can hadwrite it by yourself once you get the Voucher.

The Gift Voucher can be sent by post or e-mail in PDF format (this one can be then folded like a normal letter).

The Gift Vouchers can also be purchased “open”, with no indication of a date and, in this case, the recipient will then get in touch with us to choose the exact day of his stay, upon availability.

The Gift Voucher is only valid for 12 months from date of issue. The Voucher cannot be refunded in cash. The Voucher can be transferred to another person.
