Cancellation policy:

A cancellation later than 24 hours prior to arrival or a no show will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

For cancellations:

60 days prior to scheduled arrival date: refund of deposit equivalent to 100%
between 59 and 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date: refund of deposit equivalent to 60%
between 29 and 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date: refund of deposit equivalent to 30%
14 days prior to scheduled arrival date: deposit non-refundable
