60 days prior to arrival: possibility of change the booking without losing any of the amount already paid.
between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival: possibility of change the booking maintaining 60% of the amount already paid.
between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival: possibility of change the booking maintaining 30% of the amount already paid.
within 14 days prior to arrival: no refund and no possibility of changing the date of the stay.

Tree House is only for a couple of 2 adults and can't be rent to children.
Introducing food and beverage is not allowed.
For security reasons, smoking in and nearby the tree house, introducing flammable material, and climbing the branches is strictly forbidden.
We highly recommend to bring a small and light baggage and to wear comfortable shoes with no heels.
